About Us

Queen's Quality Painting, LLC, was founded in January 2000 by Wayne A. Queen. Wayne brought a professional resume of over 15 years of experience and was also a recent graduate of Sojourner Douglass College's entrepreneurship training program.  We are MHIC licensed, insured, and can manage both large and small projects.

Wayne’s professional experience includes work with companies such as Diamond Painting of Cockeysville and O.T. Neighoff of Glen Burnie. To this day Wayne is still personally involved with each project and believes that every client deserves personal attention to detail. Wayne's sound, practical work ethic is an intricate part of how he oversees the day to day executive management of Queen's Quality Painting, LLC.

 

Eva Queen, Executive Director/Marketing and Human Resources

Eva's administrative and customer support skills are second to none. Since QQP's inception our main goal has been to deliver top quality services with an infrastructure built on integrity and sound record keeping. Eva believes in showing exceptional attention to detail with regard to office management and all of the work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure QQP's business practices are of the highest quality just as the services we provide.

 

James P. Redditt, Procurement and Contract Advisor

James Redditt

James serves as the Procurement and Contracts Advisor for QQP.  James brings over 15 years of State of Maryland procurement experience, including contract formation, specification writing, negotiating, and budget analysis. James utilizes Best Practices to ensure that all contracts entered into by QQP bring the best value to QQP and its customers.
